Walk to Beach! - Cozy SC Studio

Pleasant location. Only a 10 minute walk to miles and of San Clemente beach. Coffee shop and small grocery are just around the corner.Listing is accurate and host communicates very well.We found the studio apartment to be tidy and the bed comfortable. There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. Area is very walkable.

Property was convenient to downtown and fwy. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately, it was very noisy: the walls are not at all sound proof - could hear conversations, tv and every footstep, the small shared patio is just outside the only window where teens were being teens. If there are no other tentants it would be a fine place to stay.

Excellent location within walking distance of the beach. A very clean and comfortable property.

The location was great, very close by to the beach and surrounding areas. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people needing a little beach getaway!

Outstanding rooms! Clean, well kept! Literally 10 minutes walking distance from everything! Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive! My wife and I would stay again, and we highly recommend this rental!
